As a Director of HuthwaiteFleming, Pete's client-facing role is to focus on needs analysis and solution design. As one of Huthwaite International's most experienced consultants, over the last 19 years Pete has designed and managed the successful implementation of Huthwaite projects with a range of major insurance, banks and professional services groups.

As Huthwaite International's Business Director for Professional Services, Pete's responsible for developing Huthwaite business across the sector. Pete has spent his entire career in financial and professional services and before Huthwaite he qualified as an accountant and worked with Ernst & Young for nine years.
