Previously a Marketing Director for Forte Hotels and for Forte Catering, Philippa has extensive experience in the management, strategic planning and marketing of service industries and the professional services sector.

Philippa joined HuthwaiteFleming in 1995 with the aim of expanding the strategic consultancy arm of the business. Philippa’s experience includes delivering business development and client-focused training to several hundred partners and fee earners at one of the 'magic circle' law firms in the UK and Continental Europe.

Philippa has delivered HuthwaiteFleming business development and management development programmes to several of the UK's leading law firms. Her current clients include Clifford Chance (UK and International) and Eversheds.

Philippa is an accredited trainer of the SPIN^® sales methodology.
